Bahrain’s eGovernment Authority has signed an agreement with Nielsen Company, a provider of market information and indices, to assess public satisfaction with electronic services in the kingdom.
The company will conduct surveys and studies to create a Customer Satisfaction Index and Government Transformation Index designed to measure the effectiveness of e-government programmes.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Government Authority by its Chief Executive Mohammed Al Qaed.
