Taking on Challenges in the International Arena ST Electronics‘ international track record in providing e-Government solutions include an infocomm network connecting 24 islands of Maldives through satellite links, allowing the government to have a networked and interconnected nation.

A Pay-As-You-Earn and Other Withholding Taxes Systems was implemented in Botswana together with a Crime and Criminal Recording System and a National Integrated Geosciences Information System.

We also developed a third-generation mobilisation system for the Hong Kong Fire Services Department. Through ICT, they can better manage and mobilise their large fire and ambulance resources for better emergency response.

In Singapore, in recognition of our expertise in Managed Services, we were awarded a 10-year, S$250m contract to provide shared services to the more than 350,000 active personnel, regulars and NSmen of the Singapore Armed Forces and Ministry of Defence.

In Kazakhstan, our e-Learning solutions optimise the usage of resources, reduce administrative workload and provide interactive learning for students.
