IHiS is a shared services IT company for the public healthcare clusters in Singapore that aims to drive synergies and innovation through aggregation of the IT functions of the healthcare clusters.
Chim Voon How

He is responsible for the infocomm technology strategy and the day-to-day operations of the systems and infrastructures in the SLA. Prior to his appointment in SLA, Voon How was the Chairman of the Communications Infrastructure Subcommittee for the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group Board of Governors Annual Meetings 2006.
Dr Cheah Horn Mun

His main responsibilities are to plan and co-direct the implementation of the 3rd IT Master-plan for Education. Prior to joining MOE, he was in charge of all initial teacher preparation programmes as the Dean of Foundation Programs at the National Institute of Education.
Adrian Goh

Adrian Goh is an Assistant Director in the iGovernment Planning & Service Delivery Division in the IDA, which is the Singapore Government's five-year masterplan that leverages infocomm to continue to delight our customers and citizens. To achieve this vision, four thrusts have been identified: Increasing Reach and Richness of e-Services; Increasing Citizens Mindshare in e-Engagement; Enhancing the Capacity and Synergy in Government; and Enhancing the National Competitive Advantage.
Dr Leong Mun Kew

Prior to that, Mun Kew was Principal Scientist and Programme Director for Services Research at the A*STAR Institute for Infocomm Research.

He has 20 years of working experience in enterprise IT. As the Director in charge of Information Technology in the URA, Peter oversees the strategic deployment of Information Technology and knowledge management.

Mr Victor Lam Wai-kiu

Flemming Faber, MA, CISSP

Flemming Faber has extensive experience in the entire ICT security field with special expertise in risk management, security architecture and security policies. In 2003 he entered the Danish Civil Service, where he has been working with ICT Security strategy in relation to the Danish e-Government initiatives, as well as Danish ICT security awareness raising campaigns. In 2009 he became Senior Adviser in the Danish GovCERT.
Matt Poelmans, MSc.

Previously he was in charge of several other e-government programmes initiated by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior (e-Citizen Programme, e-Government Knowledge Centre, Public Counter 2000). Poelmans publishes and lectures on public management reform and e-government policy.

He is responsible for organizing, coordinating IT Services and ensuring information security across the Organization and provides advice to the Secretary General in the top management of IT related issues, including information security incident responses.
Laurence Millar
Editor-at-Large, Former GCIO

Laurence Millar is FutureGov's Editor-at-Large. Prior to joining FutureGov, Laurence was the Government Chief Information Officer of New Zealand, and Deputy Commissioner of the country's State Services Commission. In these latter two roles he was responsible developing New Zealand's e-government strategy, and for undertaking IT-enabled projects at a number of key department.
