ELEVATING CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURES

New Zealand Government has just announced their Direction and Priorities for Government ICT as a structure for their ICT movements in 2012. Better infrastructures and enhancing citizen engagement are one of the major areas that they are focusing on. It aims to re-use existing technology resources more efficiently and at the same time reduce cost in future acquisitions by placing new policy direction that said to replace 2006’s eGovernment Strategy. New Zealand’s e-government efforts are set to give more transparent and accessible services to its citizens.

FutureGov Forum New Zealand 2012 has finally arrived to showcase government leaders, seasoned international speaker line up, industry experts and world renowned practitioners all in one platform!
