Dr Vikash Ranjan is the Editor of FutureGov India magazine. Based in Delhi, Dr Vikash covers the governance and transformation of public sector organisations in South Asia, and also contributes to the Asia Pacific and Chinese editions of FutureGov magazine. Previously Dr Vikash was the Deputy Editor of a monthly news magazine.
He read History at Delhi University, before going on to secure a PhD focusing on ASEAN-Japan relations at Jawaharlal Nehru University. Awarded a Japanese Government scholarship, he speaks Japanese and remains a keen observer of the modernisation of Japan’s public sector through the use of ICT.
