Clarice is a journalist based out of our Makati office in The Philippines. She is responsible for covering the beats of Government GIS and Government Data Management.

Prior to joining FutureGov Asia Pacific, she was a researcher on International e-Development for a Canadian ICT consulting firm. She completed a BSc in International Business Economics and Diplomacy from St. Scholastica’s College Manila and is looking forward to having a Master’s degree in Public Policy in the near future.
